APARTMENTS

This price list is intended per apartment per day in euros

Every and each apartment is furnished with original ‘800 and ‘900 pieces and inclusive of all comforts: kitchen, living room, queen size bedroom, spacious bathroom, heating system, air conditioning, TV and Internet, to satisfy all your needs

Additional bed’s rate is € 35,00.

Children up to 2 years are free (only 1 child per family)

Children over 2 years are charged.

All Rates are inclusive of bedroom and bathroom linens, refreshed every 6 days.

Reception’s Hours:

Check-In 15:00 / 19:00

Check-Out 10:00

Minimum stay and days for check-in/check-out:

low season: 2 nights, check-in/check-out every day

high season: 5 nights, check-in/check-out every day

Conditions: PAYMENT OF THE HOLIDAY AND ADDITIONAL DEPOSIT (€300) TO BE PAID AT CHECK-IN

Pets allowed on request only: 15.00 € per night

It is forbidden to leave dogs in the room when leaving the facility.

In common areas, dogs must be kept on a leash.

Swimming pool for the exclusive use of the residents of the structure.

Pool opening date 1st June
Swimming pool closing date 15 September

Other conditions:

• The final bill will be confirmed during the reservation process and related to the kind of apartment and available and the number of guests looking for accommodation
• A deposit of 30% is required for your reservation to be validated
• The reservation will be valid only after the emission of the deposit equivalent to 30% of the bill. Mandatory is to mail evidence of the payment of the just mentioned deposit
• The remainder amount of the bill is to be payed at your arrival
• If cancellation occurs within 10 days from your expected arrival, the deposit will be held as a compensation for our inconvenience
• The guest accepts the following conditions:
